A creamy blend of artichokes, spinach and Romano cheese with a cream
cheese base.
Warm the
dip and serve in a wheat grain bread bowl as a tasty appetizer.
Dress up
your favorite grilled chicken paninni or wrap.

Ingredients
· 2 lbs. Hash browns, shredded,
cubed
· 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm
Artichoke Spinach Dip with Cream Cheese
· 1 pint Mayonnaise
· 1 cup Milk
· 1/2 cup Onions, minced
· Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
-In a
large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into an ungreased baking pan.
-Bake at
350 degrees F for 45 minutes covered. Mix after 20-25 minutes of cooking. Uncover
and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
Artichoke Dip
A great dip for crackers and artisan breads, this recipe
contains our Artichoke Dip, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Ingredients
· 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm
Artichoke Dip
· 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
· 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
· Dash Garlic salt
· Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all
ingredients and place in oven-proof dish and bake at 350 degrees F until
bubbles appear around the edge. Serve with crackers or artisan breads.
